Colewood was looking to invest in software to improve the efficiency of daily Paid Search account management and campaign creation. Optmyzr not only met all their requirements but also provided an added bonus with its reporting suite. They found the depth of data and customization to be an excellent fit for their needs.

The Solution

Optmyzr provided thorough training on reporting, enabling Colewood to schedule customized reports for all their clients. They’ve also shared the Dashboard with some clients to offer deeper insights, which have been well-received.

Colewood loves the Shopping/PMax Campaign Management tool for creating new campaigns or refining existing ones based on specific criteria. They’ve also used the Smart Product Labeler to create feed management strategies, finding it both time-saving and efficient.

The Rule Engine is another favorite, allowing them to use pre-built rules and create custom ones, reducing their reliance on scripts. Applying rules across multiple accounts has significantly streamlined new account onboarding.

The Result

Colewood manages to save hours of work each month per account manager, from building campaigns to optimizing accounts and reporting, allowing them to manage more accounts efficiently.

Using the Feed Audit alongside the Smart Product Labeler, they’ve successfully managed a well-established account for several years while exploring new ways to grow it.
