Our Ideal Candidate

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •A minimum of 5 years of professional full-time experience in full-stack development.
• •Expertise in backend development with technologies like .Net and Node.js.
• •Proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern UI frameworks.
• •Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• •Solid understanding of Git workflows and collaborative development.
• •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• •Demonstrated experience in system architecture design, implementation roadmaps, and technical decision-making.
• •Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• •System Design & Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems, taking problems from concept to implementation.
• •Technical Leadership: Break down PRDs into detailed Dev Design Documents and guide the team in making solid technical decisions and implementation roadmaps.
• •Code Reviews: Ensure high-quality code by conducting thorough reviews, mentoring team members, and driving best practices.
• •Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain backend services (.Net, Node.js) and responsive UIs (React, Redux).
• •Data Management: Optimize and manage data storage solutions with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• •Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• •Mentorship: Support and grow the team through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and skill development.
