Our Ideal Candidate

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership and managerial role in a SaaS product company.
• •Strong backend development expertise with technologies like .Net and Node.js.
• •Proficiency in front-end development using React, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• •Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• •Experience designing and implementing system architectures for scalable applications.
• •Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development processes.
• •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• •Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• •Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 7-10 engineers working on a common set of features, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• •Architecture & Design: Drive the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems, ensuring technical excellence.
• •Quality & Code Reviews: Maintain high-quality standards through thorough code reviews and enforcement of best practices.
• •Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with the Product Team to translate product requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
• •Mentorship: Mentor and grow team members through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and skill development.
• •Feature Delivery: Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality features on time, contributing directly when necessary.
• •Problem Solving: Provide technical leadership in solving complex problems, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
