Our Ideal Candidate

• •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• •2-5 years of experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced environment
• •Experience in a SaaS product company is preferred
• •Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• •Strong organizational and time management skills
• •High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• •Experience making and negotiating offers

Job Responsibilities

• •Conduct market research to identify and attract top talent
• •Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• •Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates
• •Conduct initial phone interview and screening
• •Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• •Facilitate assessment tests
• •Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• •Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• •Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
• •Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs
• •Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create detailed job descriptions
• •Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
